Operations Management Support Project

The Operations Management Support to the Water Authority of Jordan (WAJ) provides technical assistance across various disciplines to:

improve operations management & processes
introduce modern, GIS based data processing and information management
increase the private sector participation (PSP) especially in operation of water & wastewater systems, and
introduce & test various PSP options on micro level.
